Where we help

Care built around what you're actually facing

Every plan starts with a clinical assessment, not a template.

Substance Use

Evidence-based care for opioid, stimulant, and prescription dependence.

Alcohol Use

Medically supervised stabilization and long-term relapse prevention.

Dual-Diagnosis

Integrated treatment when addiction and a mental health condition overlap.

Mental Health

Care for anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and more.

Our programs

Our treatment services

A full continuum of care, so support steps down gradually instead of stopping all at once.

Residential Inpatient

Live on our Scottsdale campus with round-the-clock clinical support while you stabilize and start real therapeutic work.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Five days a week of intensive clinical programming, with nights spent at home or in supportive housing.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Three to five sessions a week, morning or evening, so treatment fits a life you're rebuilding.

Virtual IOP

Licensed Arizona clinicians, secure video groups, and family sessions you can join from home.

Aftercare

Alumni groups, continued therapy, and a standing invitation back — for as long as you want it.

Coverage

We accept most major insurance

Most PPO plans cover a significant portion of treatment — often all of it. We verify your benefits at no cost and explain exactly what’s covered before you commit to anything.

Takes about two minutes

No obligation, no cost, and nothing shared with anyone else.

Our space

A place that feels like a home, not a hospital

Modern, comfortable, and quiet — with desert light in every room.
Why Arizona Rehab

We treat people, not case files

Our mission is simple: make good treatment feel human. Small caseloads so clinicians actually know your name. Families included from the first phone call, because recovery rarely holds without the people at home. And care that keeps going after discharge — alumni groups, family support, and a direct line back to your team for as long as you need it.

Mental Health

Licensed clinicians treat what's underneath the addiction, not just the symptoms.

Wellness

Nutrition, movement, and sleep support rebuild the body alongside the mind.

Self-Care

Practical daily skills clients carry home — boundaries, coping, routine.

Community

Group work and family therapy so nobody walks through recovery alone.

What we treat

Conditions we treat

Addiction and mental health rarely arrive separately. Our clinicians are licensed to treat both, together.

Anxiety

Panic, constant worry, and the physical toll of living on alert.

Depression

Low mood, lost motivation, and the weight that won't lift alone.

PTSD

Trauma-focused care, including EMDR, at a pace you control.

Bipolar Disorder

Mood stabilization with medication management and skills work.

OCD

Exposure-based therapy for intrusive thoughts.

ADHD

Assessment, structure, and coping strategies that stick.

Not sure which one fits?

You don't need a diagnosis to call. A licensed clinician will listen, ask a few questions, and tell you plainly what level of care makes sense — even if that's somewhere other than here.

Alcohol

Medically monitored stabilization and relapse prevention.

Cocaine

Stimulant-specific care for cravings and crash cycles.

Fentanyl

Opioid treatment with MAT options and close monitoring.

Meth

Longer stabilization with cognitive and sleep recovery support.

Heroin

Withdrawal support followed by structured therapeutic work.

Prescription Drugs

Care for benzodiazepine and painkiller dependence.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

If your question isn’t here, call us — we’ll answer honestly.

What types of treatment do you offer?
We offer a full continuum of care: residential inpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), virtual IOP, and aftercare. Most clients step down through several levels as they stabilize.
Yes. Our programs are built around dual-diagnosis care. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder are treated alongside substance use by the same clinical team, not referred out.
Individual therapy, process and skills groups, family therapy, CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy (including EMDR), medication management, and holistic supports like movement, nutrition, and mindfulness.
Residential typically runs 30–45 days, PHP 2–4 weeks, and IOP 8–12 weeks. Length of stay is a clinical decision made with you and your family — never a fixed package.
Most major PPO plans cover some or all of treatment. Our admissions team verifies benefits at no cost and explains exactly what your plan covers before you commit to anything.
We provide medically monitored stabilization on our residential campus and partner with trusted local detox providers when a higher level of medical supervision is needed.
Every client leaves with an aftercare plan: alumni groups, continued outpatient therapy, sober-living referrals, and a direct line back to their care team.

Guidance for the person searching

Most families wait too long to say something out loud — not because they don’t care, but because they’re afraid of getting it wrong. Here’s the truth: there is no perfect script, and one imperfect conversation is worth more than months of silence.

Pick the moment before you pick the words

Timing shapes how a conversation lands more than phrasing does. Choose a moment when your loved one is sober, rested, and not already in conflict with someone. Privacy matters. So does having nowhere else to be.

  • Not during or right after intoxication
  • Not in front of extended family or children
  • Not when either of you has to leave in ten minutes
  • Not as a surprise ambush with multiple people

Lead with what you’ve noticed, not what you’ve concluded

Diagnoses put people on the defensive. Observations invite a response. Instead of “you’re an alcoholic,” try naming what you’ve seen: missed mornings, changed moods, promises that didn’t hold.

I’m not here to argue about labels. I’m here because I miss you, and I’m scared.

Say the hard part once

Name your worry plainly, then stop talking. Silence gives them room to answer honestly. Repeating yourself turns concern into pressure.

Bring one concrete next step

Vague support is easy to deflect. A specific option is harder to dismiss — a phone number, an insurance verification you already started, an assessment appointment you’d drive them to.

Expect the first answer to be no

Ambivalence is part of addiction, not evidence that your conversation failed. Many people say no, then call two weeks later. Keep the door open and say the same thing again without escalating.

  • Stay calm even if they get angry
  • Don’t threaten consequences you won’t follow through on
  • Take care of your own support — family therapy or Al-Anon
  • Revisit the conversation, don’t relitigate it

When to move faster

If there’s talk of suicide, overdose risk, or withdrawal symptoms like tremors and confusion, this stops being a conversation and becomes a medical situation. Call 988 or 911, or call our admissions line and we’ll help you triage in real time.
